Olives are harvested by
hand and pressed the same day
Thanks to our 1,200 olive trees we produce an exquisite extra virgin olive oil with Chianti Classico PDO designation (protected designation of origin).
The trees are strategically placed in an optimal position and guarantee a unique and excellent product. The stony soil and the excellent exposure help produce a product with fruity aromas and a pleasantly spicy taste. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed within the same day through a cold extraction process, so as not to alter the quality of the oil and obtain an elegant product. Thus yielding a pleasantly bitter and a golden colour full with intense green reflections.
The preservation of the oil takes place in stainless steel containers that are protected from light and sudden changes in temperature.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Colle farm is obtained from Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino cultivars.
