“Concreto” is a 100% Sangiovese IGT, sourced from the northern area of the Chianti Classico at 330 metres above sea level.
Its name reflects its identity: fermented and aged exclusively in concrete vats, with no oak influence, this wine delivers a genuine and transparent expression of the grape and its terroir.

Fresh, elegant and sharply defined, Concreto embodies the most genuine soul of Il Colle.
It combines the estate’s traditional hand-harvesting at the end of September with a maturation process designed to highlight the purity of the fruit and the voice of the soil.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Ruby red.

• Aroma: rich and enveloping, with clear notes of black cherry and ripe red fruits.

• Palate: it is delicate yet well-structured, with fine tannins and an elegant finish. It perfectly reflects the minerality of the soil and the identity of our winery.

Serving Suggestions

• Serving temperature: 16–18 °C

• Recommended Pairings: Perfect with red meats, roasts, game, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.

Our Chianti Classico Grappa is born from fresh Sangiovese pomace, masterfully distilled to express the purest soul of this grape variety. Elegant, clean, and profoundly Tuscan, it distills the character of our vineyards into every drop.

On the nose, it reveals floral notes and red fruit aromas, gently lifted by hints of spice and balsamic undertones. The palate is smooth, enveloping, and persistent, with a clean, refined finish that speaks of its noble origins.

Perfect to enjoy after a meal or as a meditation spirit, this grappa represents the continuity of our work: from vineyard, to wine, to distillate.

At 330 meters above sea level, on soils rich in alberese, the Guyot-trained vines yield clusters of exceptional quality, hand-harvested in the first days of October.

• Color: Ruby red.

• Bouquet: An intense fragrance of black cherries, with a delicate character, layered complexity, refined harmony, and remarkable body.

• Palate: it is delicate yet well-structured, with fine tannins and an elegant finish. It perfectly reflects the minerality of the soil and the identity of our winery.
