JCab ages for almost three years in French oak barriques, developing structure and elegance while preserving its freshness. The nose shows blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, together with notes of cedar, tobacco, spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate it is deep and layered, with firm yet refined tannins and a long, harmonious finish. It is a wine that reflects my work, my land, and my bond with Jacob.
