We cultivate over 1,200 olive trees of traditional Tuscan varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio.
From these cultivars, we produce a balanced, fruity Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed and bottled in limited quantities to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Our trusted Tuscan mill processes the olives just a few hours after harvest, preserving their full aroma and nutritional properties.
The result is an artisanal product with an intense fragrance and a long, lingering flavor — perfect for enhancing traditional Tuscan dishes, yet equally exquisite enjoyed on its own.
